A refundable security deposit applies based on category: ₹5,000 for hatchbacks, ₹7,000 for sedans, ₹10,000 for compact SUVs and ₹15,000 for seven-seaters or SUVs. The approved refundable amount is released immediately after the vehicle is returned and the post-rental inspection is completed. Deductions may apply for damage, fuel shortage, late return, traffic challans, unpaid tolls or FASTag charges, excessive cleaning, missing accessories or other unpaid charges under the rental agreement.
Rideez vehicles carry valid insurance. Insurance does not necessarily remove all customer liability. Liability for damage, accidents, theft, negligence or policy exclusions is governed by the rental agreement and applicable insurance conditions.
